The project for the interregional hackathon "Environmental sovereignty and the low-carbon future of Russia: the view of youth"

The project for the interregional hackathon "Environmental sovereignty and the low-carbon future of Russia: the view of youth" will be implemented on the basis of Samara State Technical University with grant support from S.Y. Witte University of Moscow. The project, first of all, is educational and educational in nature, and it seems significant at the current stage of development of youth policy in the Russian Federation. The theme of the hackathon touches on current and promising areas of sustainable development. Already, at least five representatives of universities participating in the Consortium "Sustainable Development" have shown interest and willingness to train student teams. At this starting point for the hackathon, a working group was formed from among the staff of the Institute of Engineering, Economic and Humanitarian Education, the Institute of Oil and Gas Technologies and activists of the environmental association "Life" of Samara State Technical University. The largest industrial enterprises of the region and design organizations are involved in the development of hackathon tasks. The ideas for organizing the hackathon were presented on March 28 at an expanded meeting of the members of the consortium "Sustainable Development" and the Moscow Club for Sustainable Development (within the framework of the XX International Congress with elements of a scientific school for young scientists "Education, technology and society at the change of epochs), on April 16 at the round table "Environmental safety of enterprises in the context of a sustainable development strategy" (within the framework of the youth festival "VuzEkoFest 2024"), a review scientific article "Transformational variability of enterprise management policy for their sustainable development" in the collection "Proceedings 3-th International The conference "Engineering Innovations and Sustainable Development".
